The Essentials

University of Illinois alumni, 2007. Diehard Cubs fan. I love all my boys in blue but Lee, Ramirez, DeRosa (even though he's a Cardinal now), Theriot, Wells and Johnson hold a special place in my heart. Okay, let's be serious, I love pretty much every Cub on the active roster but Reed Johnson is my Cubs baseball husband and Randy Wells is my boyfriend. 62.5% Irish. Illini basketball fan. I make mistakes but I don't have regrets. I'm totally random sometimes. I trust too easily and love too much. I have the best friends a girl could ask for. I love reading for fun. I take 4 hour naps. Music and movies are my life. If I could, I'd spend all my time in downtown Chicago or at Wrigley Field. James Patterson books inspire me and I want to write a novel someday. I believe life isn't worth it if you're not having fun. I'm always the one taking pictures. Mojitos and Captain Morgan are my weaknesses. Sunny days always make me smile. I love meeting new people. What Else You Should Know

I'm way too sarcastic and I can be annoying sometimes. I think out loud and I try to make good out of a complete disaster. I'm simple and I hate things that get too complicated. I'm only inspired for about a day, and then it all goes away. I cry when I'm supposed to laugh, and laugh when I'm supposed to cry. I don't lie about who I am, because then you forget who you are. I don't believe in putting people into categories based on what you think rather than what you know. I don't believe that life was ever meant to be an easy ride and that at some point, we're all meant to fall off the tracks. I don't believe in playing games, because someone will always lose. I don't believe in regrets, because if you do, you lose sight of living and will live always wishing. I choose to live in my own little world, because sometimes, the real one is too much. I'm incredibly imperfect. But that's just fine.
